¶1Heard Mr. Sheshnath Bhardwaj, learned counsel for the petitioners, as well as Ms. Deepshikha, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, for the respondents-State Authorities.

¶2This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed, seeking quashing of the order dated 26.05.2023, Ammexure No. 1 to the petition, whereby the petitioners, who are a constable (bigulars) in P.A.C., have been transferred on recommendation of P.A.C. Establishment Board constituted for the said purpose from the present place of postings at Kanpur to Jhansi and Fatehput to Kanpur respectively.

¶3The petitioners have remained posted at one place for around 07 years. This Court finds no ground to interfere in the impugned transfer order. The petitioners cannot seek their postings at one place for all times during their service period as they hold transferable posts.
