Counsel for Petitioner :- Rajendra Pratap Singh,Akash Dikshit,Bharat Kumar Dixit,Ravi Kumar Singh,Vijay Kumar Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Rajnish Kumar,J. Heard Shri Akash Dikshit, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Upendra Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel raised a preliminary objection that this petition challenging the notification dated 05.02.2019 issued under Section 6/1 of the U.P. However, he submits that in view of Rule-17 of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, the notification under Section-4 can be cancelled on one or more of the grounds given in the same in regard to which learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel inviting attention of this Court towards the report of the Deputy Director of Consolidation dated 27.09.2018, contained in annexure no.4 to the petition and counter affidavit submits that the reasons have also been assigned in terms of the aforesaid rule. From perusal of which it is apparent that the reasons have also been assigned, however the same have not been disclosed in the notification but the same are sufficient.
