Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Ms. Mamta Pandey, learned AGA for the State; Shri Sanjeev Kumar Dwivedi, learned counsel for the informant and perused the record. This bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant who seeks enlargement on bail in FIR No.30 of 2023, under Section 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 34, 120B, 201, 427 IPC read with section 3/25 & 5/27 of Arms Act, P.S. Musafirkhana, District Amethi. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the case. Learned counsel for applicant further submits that the co-accused namely, Mukesh Yadav, Abhay Yadav @ Lal and Dabbu Yadav have been granted bail by this Court on 26.11.2025, 28.11.2025 and 28.11.2025, in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.(s) 12035, 12832 and 5779 of 2024 and case of the applicant stands on identical footing, hence, applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity. It is lastly contended that there is no possibility of the applicant of fleeing away from the judicial process or tampering with the witnesses and in case, the applicant is enlarged on bail, the applicant shall not misuse the liberty of bail. The applicant is in jail since 16.03.2023. Learned A.G.A has, however, opposed the prayer for grant of bail but he Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Vyas Narayan Shukla, Sukh Deo Singh Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A., Mahesh Kumar, Sanjeev Kumar Dwivedi Ankit Yadav .....Applicant(s) The State Of U.P. Thru. Addl. Chief Secy. Deptt. Of Home Lko .....Opposite Party(s) has not disputed the above contention made by the learned counsel for the applicant. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, perusing the record and also considering the nature of allegations, arguments advanced by the learned counsel for the parties and without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, I find it to be a fit case for granting bail. Let applicant-Ankit Yadav be released on bail in the aforesaid F.I.R./case crime number on his furnishing a personal bond and two reliable sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned subject to following additional conditions, which are being imposed in the interest of justice:-

(3) The applicant will not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
