14.06.2023, has challenged the said order. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that grievance of the petitioner will be substantially met in case the pending inquiry is concluded expeditiously. Mr. Ran Vijay Singh, learned counsel for the respondents/Corporation states that the inquiry shall positively be concluded expeditiously. In view thereof, the respondent no.3/Managing Director, Madhyanchal Vidyut Vitaran Nigam Limited, is directed to ensure that the inquiry is concluded by the Inquiry OfÏcer and the final order with regard to the same is passed by the disciplinary authority, positively within a period of four months from today. It is made clear that the petitioner shall fully cooperate in the said inquiry and shall not seek any unnecessary adjournment. Further, it is provided that the petitioner shall be paid his subsistence allowance regularly, month to month basis, in accordance with law and all the dues with regard to subsistence allowance shall also be cleared within a period of one month from today.
