As the record is available and after going through the record, the matter is being decided today itself. The present contempt application has been preferred against the alleged non compliance of the judgment and order dated 28.03.2024 passed in Writ A No. 2525 of 2024. The relevant paragraphs of the same are quoted hereinbelow:- "5. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and going through the record of the case, it is found that there was a direction for payment of retiral dues and the for the interest, the Court has directed that the respondent shall also consider the case of grant of interest on retiral dues, so, after considering the same by assigning the reasons, the payment of interest has been denied. The judgment and order passed in the writ petition has been complied with as all other retiral dues as per the admitted case of the applicant have already been paid and the direction for considering the grant of interest has been considered and rejected the same and there is no positive direction for grant of interest on retiral dues by the writ Court.
