¶2This petition is with regard to de-limitation orders passed for the elections of Nagar Palika Parishad held in the year 2022. The elections are already held and results are already declared. Therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous.

¶3Hence, the writ petition is consigned to record as infructuous with liberty to petitioner to file recall application, in case cause survives.
