¶1This public interest seeks enforcement of an order passed by the Sub Division Magistrate under Section 133 Cr.P.C.

¶2For enforcement of any such order, it is open to the aggrieved party to make an appropriate application for seeking execution of the order passed.

¶3In case any application for implementation of the order sought to be enforced is made before the competent authority within a period of two weeks' from today, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with law provided there is no legal impediment.
