¶1None responds for the applicant. However, learned A.G.A. is present for the State-respondent.

¶2A perusal of the papers show that this bail application seeking bail is pending since last more than four years.

¶3This is admittedly third bail application. First bail application no.6360 of 2018 was decided on merits by order dated 29.08.2018 declining bail to the applicant. Second bail application was also decided on merits on 29.04.2019 and the bail was declined.

¶4It is contended on behalf of learned A.G.A. that in the instant application no new good ground has been taken. It is further brought to my notice that trial has commenced and material prosecution witnesses have already been examined almost a year ago and the case is at the stage of maturity.

¶5I perused the material on record. The applicant has not taken any new ground in support of his third bail application. First bail application was decided on merit and and a detailed order was passed.

¶6I went through all material on record and the pleas/grounds as mentioned in the application for bail. Applicant has failed to take any new ground for grant of bail, therefore, this bail application is dismissed. Order Date :- 24.11.2023 Asha High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
