The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: "(i) A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 3 to ensure the further proceeding of Section 67 for removing illegal encroachment from the Gata No. 1809 and 1774 situated in the Revenue Village Sandaha Mazganva Paragana Birhar District Ambedkar Nagar in a time scheduled period as provided in the Rule of Revenue Code Rules-2016." Learned Standing Counsel has produced the instructions to state that the proceeding has already been initiated and is still pending. In view of the said statement, the present petition is disposed of with direction to decide the Case No. T2018040401535 with all expedition preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
