¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2This Court, after hearing the parties on merit on 27.09.2023, finding that it was a fit case for being referred for arbitration, had proposed name of Hon'ble Mr. Justice Devi Prasad Singh, (Retd.) Judge of this Court, to act as a proposed Arbitrator and sought his consent.

¶3As per officer report dated 09.10.2023, the consent has been received.

¶4Accordingly, in furtherance of the order dated 27.09.2023, Hon'ble Mr. Justice Devi Prasad Singh (Retd.) Judge of this Court is appointed as an Arbitrator, who shall enter into the reference and decide the same.

¶5In view of aforesaid, the application is allowed.
