¶1Learned counsel for petitioner has submitted that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the decision of the departmental promotion committee dated 25.07.2022 was provided to the petitioner and the consequential order dated

04.09.2023 has been served which the petitioner wants to challenge by filing a fresh writ petition.

¶2Learned counsel for petitioner has submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition as dismissed and not pressed with liberty to file fresh petition.
