In pursuance of our earlier order, learned A.G.A. has produced before the Court the instruction sent by Sub Inspector, Police Station-Kaudia, District-Gonda, which is taken on record. On the basis of the instruction, learned A.G.A. submitted that during the course of investigation, POCSO Act has been added. It has also been pointed out by learned A.G.A. that the petitioners have disclosed the name of the victim which is against the law settled by the Hon'ble Supreme Court and Section 228(A) of I.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the outset, prays that this petition be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh.
