The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners with the prayer to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari for quashing of the impugned F.I.R. dated

11.09.2023, bearing F.I.R./Case Crime No.0353/2023, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 467, 468, 471, 419, 420 of I.P.C. at Police Station - Khairabad, District - Sitapur. A further prayer has been made for issuing a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance to the impugned F.I.R. Learned A.G.A. on the basis of the instructions submitted that final report has been prepared on 13.10.2023 and sent to the Supervisory Authority. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Supervisory Authority to take an appropriate decision on the matter within four weeks.
