In compliance of the earlier order passed by this Court, petitioner no. 1 is present who has been identified by his counsel Mohd. Salman. Respondent no. 4 Lakshmi Devi is also present. She has come along with ASI Shivpal Singh and lady Constable Priyanka from Police Station Purwa, District Unnao. Respondent no. 4 is not willing to settle the dispute with petitioner no. 1.
