In compliance of order dated 09.10.2023, the detenue Priya Vishwakarma is present before the Court along with Inspector Daddan Singh, SHO, PS Jarwal Road and lady Constable Ruchi Pandey. Upon a query being put to her, the detenue Priya Vishwakarma has stated that earlier she was residing with Imran Husain, however, she has been beaten by him and ousted from his house, now she wants to reside with her mother. Mother of the detenue is also present in the Court. The detenue is major and according to her wish, she is free to go along with her mother.
