The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners with the prayers to issue a writ, order or direction in the of Certiorari thereby nature quashing the impugned First information report dated 13-9-2023, under Sections 363, 366 I.P.C, case crime no. 0275 of 2023, Police Station Dariyabad, District Barabanki. The copy of First information report dated 13-9-2023 is being annexed herewith as annexure no.1 to this writ petition. Learned AGA has submitted that final report has been prepared on 11.11.2023 and submitted to the Supervisory Authority. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Supervisory Authority to take an appropriate decision on the matter within four weeks.
