State Of U.P. Thru. Addl. Chief Secy., Ministry Of Basic Education, Lucknow And Others. Considering the aforesaid the writ petition is disposed of. It is provided that the petitioners in this writ petition would be entitled to the benefit of the judgement and order passed by this Court in the case of Km. Anjoo (supra).
