The present petition has been filed for issuing a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing respondent nos. 4 to 7 to produce the detenue before this Court. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the respondent State. The Learned A.G.A. for the respondent State has produced the statement of the detenue under Section 161 Cr.P.C. before the Judicial Magistrate and according to which the detenue is presently residing with her parents and she was not abducted by anybody. Learned A.G.A. for the respondent State has also produced the medico legal examination report of the detenue and according to which there is no visible injury on the person of the detenue. Learned counsel for the detenue also could not dispute this fact that the detenue is presently residing with her mother. In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as infructuous.
