This petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- A writ, order or direction in the nature of CERTIORARI be issued quashing the impugned attachment order dated 29.08.2023 issued by the Opp. party No. 2 in case No.2675/2023 computerized Case No. D202304680002675 (State versus Rajesh Yadav) U/S 14(1) of U.P. Gangster And Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act 1986. Contained as ANNEXURE NO.I to this writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for some length submits that he has already filed a reply to the notice issued by the District Magistrate under Section 14(1) of the U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 on

25.09.2023. Copy of the reply has been filed as Annexure no. 6 to the petition. In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Sultanpur to consider the reply of the petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order strictly in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date the copy of this order is produced before the District Magistrate, Sultanpur.
