¶1Heard learned counsel for the revisionist, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

¶2Present revision has been moved by the revision for quashing the order dated 20.07.2023 passed by A.C.J.M, Bahraich.

¶3Learned counsel for the revisionist submitted that the application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. was filed by the revisionist but the same was rejected by the trial court in the most mechanical manner, therefore, kind indulgence of this Court is necessary.

¶4Learned A.G.A. opposed the prayer of revisionist and submitted that in the entire body of the complaint, no time of alleged incident has been mentioned, therefore, trial court has rightly rejected the application of the revisionist.

¶5Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, going through the contents of revision, as well as other relevant documents, as it is evident from the record that in the complaint, no time of alleged incident has been mentioned, therefore, trial court has rightly rejected the application of the revisionist, therefore, I am of the view that the present revision is misconceived and liable to be dismissed.
