¶1Supplementary afÏdavit filed by learned counsel for the applicant is taken on record.

¶2The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed with the prayer to quash the proceeding of Case Crime No.477/2020 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., Police Station Dargah Sharif, District Bahraich.

¶3On 19.10.2023, following order was passed:-

¶2Learned counsel for the parties submitted that the issue has already been resolved between the parties by way of a compromise.

¶4In the meantime, learned A.G.A. may seek instructions in relation to the criminal antecedent of the applicants.

¶5On the next date, parties shall appear in person before the Court.

¶4In pursuance of aforesaid order, applicants as well as private respondent are present before this Court and duly identified by their respective counsels.

¶5Private respondent stated that issue has already been resolved between the parties outside the court, therefore, he does not want to prosecute the applicants in the case in question.

¶6Learned A.G.A. has no objection, in case, the proceedings of the case in question is quashed.

¶7Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, going through the record of the application, other relevant documents, statement of private respondent, it is evident that issue in question has already been resolved between the parties, therefore, impugned proceeding is liable to be set aside.

¶8In view of the above, the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is allowed and the impugned proceeding of Case Crime No.477/2020 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., Police Station Dargah Sharif, District Bahraich, is set aside.
