In compliance of the order dated 22.11.2023, the detenue has been produced by S.I. Akhilesh Yadav and lady Constable Sonam Devi, P.S. Aliganj, Lucknow. Upon a query being made to the detenue, she has stated that she of her own accord and free will is residing with her parents. She has not been forcefully detained. In view of the statement of the detenue, the writ of habeas corpus fails and is accordingly dismissed. Senior Registrar of this court is directed to pay a sum of Rs. 25,000/- to the detenue forthwith which has been deposited by the deponent.
