¶1Mr. Manoj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, while pressing this withdrawal application, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant bail application as the trial, before the trial Court, is at the concluding stage.

¶2No objection, to the said request, has been raised by the learned Additional Government Advocate.

¶3Thus, the application is allowed. On Memo Since the Application No.IA/5/2023 moved for withdrawal of the bail application has been allowed, the bail application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. .
