Pandey, learned counsel for Opposite party No.6 and learned Standing Counsel. Dispute is with regard to the election being conducted with the Central Bar Association Lucknow. The dispute has arisen as two Elders Committees appear to be working for conducting the election. With the consensus of parties, the following order is being passed: The Elders Committee shall now be consisting five members 1. Shree D.C. Srivastava, Advocate, 2. Shree Ram Kumar, Advocate, 3. Shree Raj Kumar, Advocate, 4. Shree Uma Shankar Srivastava, Advocate and 4. Shree Janki Saran Pandey, Advocate. Shree Uma Shankar Srivastava, Advocate shall continue to function as an Election Officer as per election programme which has already been notified and as per which the elections are scheduled to be held on 24.11.2023. The last date for nomination which was till yesterday is extended till

04.11.2023 at 5.00 PM and the return of nomination papers may take place by 06.11.2023 and the final list of candidate shall be published on 06.11.2023. The election will be conducted as already declared on 24.11.2023 and the result will be declared on 25.11.2023. The changed members of the Elders Committee shall duly cooperate with proper conduct of the election. The writ petition is disposed of. .
