¶1Heard counsel for the parties.

¶2Learned A.G.A. informed that the F.I.R. bearing no.397 of 2023 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C. has already been registered, therefore, present application has lost its efficacy.

¶3After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicants submits that he does not want to press the present application and prays for withdrawal of the same and also requested that liberty may be granted for quashing of the aforesaid F.I.R.

¶4His prayer is accorded.
