Through this petition the petitioner has prayed that his Criminal Case No.274 of 2022 under Section 125(3) Cr.P.C may be decided expeditiously and entire amount due to him may be paid. Learned A.G.A. for the respondent State has no objection to this innocuous prayer of the petitioner. On due consideration to the innocuous prayer of the petitioner, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Additional Principal Judge Family Court Lucknow Court No.7 Lucknow to expedite the Criminal Case No.274 of 2022 under Section 125(3) Cr.P. expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
