With the consent of learned counsel appearing on behalf of the contesting parties, the instant writ petition is being finally decided. The contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the petitioners have applied to the respondent no. 3 for registration of the list of office bearers and members of the managing committee/antrang sabha of Arya Samaj, Ganeshganj, Lucknow for the year 2023-24 on 28.06.2023, a copy of which is annexure 5 to the writ petition which is still pending for consideration with the respondent no. 3 and no final order has been passed till date. Considering the aforesaid, the instant writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no. 3 to consider the application of the petitioner for registration of the list of office bearers and members of managing committee as filed by the petitioners through their application dated 28.06.2023 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order in accordance with law and relevant rules governing the same.
