¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2Learned A.G.A. has submitted that in pursuance of the order passed by the learned court below on the application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., F.I.R. No.0454 of 2023 under Sections 354, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 7/8 POCSO Act, Police Station Gosainganj, District Sultanpur, therefore, present application has lost its efÏcacy.

¶3Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that he does not want to press the present application.

¶4Accordingly, the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed.
