¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties.

¶2Petition has been filed challenging show cause notice dated

05.09.2023 and order dated 04.08.2023.

¶3From a perusal of impugned order dated 05.09.2023, it is evident that in pursuance of audit report dated 04.08.2023, a show cause notice has been given. It is submitted that petitioner has already replied to show cause notice but it appears that no final orders have been passed thereupon.

¶4In view of aforesaid, the petition having challenged only a show cause notice appears to be premature in nature and therefore is dismissed as such granting liberty to petitioner to file afresh when final orders are passed in pursuance of show cause notice dated 05.09.2023 Order Date :- 20.11.2023 kvg/- High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
