Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer to direct the Opposite parties specially the opp. party No.2 & 3 to stop the illegal construction of the opp. Party No.4 to 6 over the land Gata No.211/5 rakaba 0.190 hec. situated at village Kalu Kherha, Tehsil Purwa, District Unnao which is recorded in the name of the petitioner till disposal of the application U/s 24 of Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006. Learned Standing Counsel on instruction states that the application of the petitioner under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has already been decided by the authority concerned on 7.11.2023. He has further stated that the petitioner has remedy to file a suit before the appropriate court in accordance with law. In view of above, the writ petition is consigned to record with liberty to the petitioner for file a suit before appropriate court in accordance with law. .
