¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2The petitioners claim to be the senior citizens. It is averred in the writ petition that the Divisional Forest Officer, Balrampur is interfering with the rights of the petitioners' land over Gata Nos.471Kha, 471 Ga, 471Gha, 471Ng, 471 Cha and 471 Chha, which in the revenue record pertaining to 1430F-1435F is recorded in their names. The dispute essentially appears to be of demarcation of the boundaries of the land as claimed by the petitioners vis-a-vis the land of forest department, if any. Unless demarcation proceedings are undertaken with due opportunity to the present petitioners, they shall not be dispossessed from the land recorded in their names in the revenue record.

¶3With the observations made as above, the writ petition is finally disposed of.
