¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned State Counsel for opposite parties.

¶2Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties to consider petitioners' case for regularization on the post of Collection Amin in terms of Government Order dated

22.02.2019 pertaining to age relaxation. Further prayer for regularization from the date when the persons junior to petitioners were regularized has also been made.

¶3With regard to aforesaid grievance, petitioners have already submitted a representation but seek liberty to file a fresh representation before the concerned authority.

¶4Considering the innocuous prayer, without entering into merits, liberty is granted to petitioners to file a fresh individual representation before opposite party no.2 i.e. Collector District-Sultanpur, who shall consider and decide the same in terms of Government Order dated 22.02.2019 in case it is applicable, within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority along with fresh representation.
