¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and Ms. Aparajita Bansal learned counsel for the opposite party nos. 2 to 4.

¶2The implementation of the order passed by the appellate authority shall be made within a week, failing which, the court shall proceed to impose the heavy cost on the erring ofÏcials.

¶3The compliance made, if any, shall abide by the outcome of any proceeding as may be available to the respondent.

¶4The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
