¶1Learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out the order passed by us on 05.12.2023.

¶2Learned A.G.A. for the State Respondents has produced before this Court instructions sent by Sri Shivaji Dubey, Sub-Inspector of Police, Police Station-Kotwali Sadar, District-Kheri wherein it has been stated that no complaint has been made by the opposite party no. 4 against the petitioner in the Police Station concern. The Police are not harassing the petitioner.

¶3The written instructions are kept on record.

¶4This Court has gone through the annexure-02 to the writ petition.

¶5This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner that in case he is being harassed by the Police, he may file an application under Section 154(2) or 154(3) of the Cr.P.C. before the Police Station/Superintendent of Police concerned, or to move an application under Section 156 (3) before the Magistrate concerned and or filed a complaint case under Section 200 of the Cr.P.C. before the authorities concerned.
