The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that despite an order passed on 30.01.2019, no steps were taken for executing the said order and for removal of encroachment. Learned Standing Counsel has obtained instructions and states that the persons, against whom the order dated

30.01.2019 was passed, have moved an application for recall of the said order, which is pending consideration and the matter is fixed for 16.12.2023. In view of the said submission, the present writ petition is disposed of directing that the recall application filed seeking recall of the order dated 30.01.2019 shall be disposed of with all expedition preferably within a period of two months and subject to the outcome of the recall application, further steps shall be taken for removal of the encroachment with all expedition thereafter.
