This application has been filed by the applicant seeking issuance of a direction to the Add. Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Lucknow, to decide the Criminal Case No. 3044 of 2008, State v. Mithilesh Kumar Gupta & ors., arising out of Case Crime No. 257 of 2008 under Sections 498A,323,504,506, I.P.C., and Section 3/4, Dowry Prohibition Act, P.S. Aliganj, District Lucknow, pending before him. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the said criminal case is pending before the learned Add. Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Lucknow, since 13.09.2008. He further prays that the learned court below be directed to decide the said case expeditiously. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the innocuous prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant. Accordingly, this application is allowed. The Add. Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Lucknow, is hereby directed to decide the Criminal Case No. 3044 of 2008, State v. Mithilesh Kumar Gupta & ors., arising out of Case Crime No. 257 of 2008 under Sections 498A,323,504,506, I.P.C., and Section 3/4, Dowry Prohibition Act, P.S.
