¶1Heard.

¶2Petitioner claims to have purchased plot in question in an auction held under the SARFAESI Act, 2002 at the behest of the Bank-opposite party no.1. The grievance is that the plot auctioned in favour of the petitioner has not been handed over to her as yet.

¶3The Bank's counsel says that there are proceedings pending in the D.R.T. assailing the auction sale.

¶4This is not a matter for interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Petitioner should avail other remedies as may be prescribed.
