In view of the order proposed to be passed issuance of notice to opposite parties no.5 to 27 is dispensed with. Present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the authority concerned for expeditious conclusion of demarcation proceedings in compliance of the order dated 03.10.2024 passed in case no.3766 of 2022. Learned State Counsel has produced written instructions dated 18.12.2024 copy of which is taken on record and as per which demarcation proceedings have already been concluded. On the basis of instructions learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid facts. In view of the aforesaid nothing more remains to be adjudicated upon in this petition which is consigned to record without any adverse effect to the benefit already granted.
