Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has moved representation for grant of the mandatory increment to the petitioner on 28.08.2023 and thereafter on 20.09.2023 but till date no decision has been taken,therefore, he made an innocuous prayer for direction to the respondent no. 3 to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner within some short stipulated period. To which there is no objection by the other side. Without entering into merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 3 to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 20.09.2023 contained in Annexure no. 3 to the writ petition expeditiously, say, within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
