¶1The learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State on the basis of instructions has submitted that notices have already been issued to the unauthorized occupants and time has been granted to them for vacating the public utility land.

¶2In view of the above, the competent authority is hereby directed to implement the notices issued against the unauthorized occupants and conclude the proceedings by a reasoned and speaking order, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after considering the objections filed by the alleged unauthorized occupants.
