Revenue Code-2006, therefore the appellate order showing under Section 207 is in fact an order under Section 38(4) and the orders passed under Section 38(4) are final subject to provision of Section 210, therefore the alternative and statutory remedy is available to the petitioner under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code-2006.
