22.09.2026 Both the appeals have been preferred against the impugned judgment and decree dated 29.10.2014 passed by the learned Sixth Additional District Judge, Durg in Civil Suit No.18-A/2013. F.A. No. 198 of 2014 Heard on I.A.No.1/2026 i.e. Application for withdrawal of the first appeal filed by the appellants. On due consideration and for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Accordingly, the First Appeal No.198 of 2014 is dismissed as withdrawn. F.A. No. 170 of 2014 Learned senior counsel appearing for the appellants wants to withdraw this appeal in view of the withdrawal of F.A. No.198 of 2014.
