¶1On 05th February, 2026, the following Order was passed by this Court: "1. Issue notice to the respondents.

¶2Ms. Urvi Mohan, learned counsel for the respondents waives notice.

¶3The notice calls having regard to the statement made on instructions by the counsel for the petitioner, that the petitioner is willing to pay the entire dues with penalty, if any, the period for which there is a failure on the part of the petitioner to file return.

¶4Let the response be submitted by the respondents to deal with the aforesaid issue.

¶5Re-notify on 02.04.2026."

¶2Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent submits that the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Registration of the Petitioner has been This is a digitally signed order. restored with effect from 24th August, 2026.

¶3In view of the aforesaid development, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner-Firm shall file the requisite returns and thereafter seek appropriate relief in respect of the retrospective cancellation of its GST Registration. Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent has no objection to the same.

¶4In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the present Petition stands disposed of. No further orders are required to be passed.
