¶1The afore-captioned petitions have been filed by the same petitioners.

¶2The writ petition bearing no. W.P.(CRL) 489/2026 essentially seeks for supervision of the investigation and writ petition bearing no. W.P.(CRL) 508/2026 seeks for transfer of the investigation, both in connection with FIR No. 14/2026 dated 13.01.2026 registered at Police Station Paschim Vihar, Delhi.

¶3It is pointed out by learned Addl. Standing Counsel who appears for respondents that after investigation, the charge-sheet has been filed and the matter is pending before the concerned Court.

¶4In view of the aforesaid, prayers in both W.P.(CRL) 489/2026 and W.P.(CRL) 508/2026 stand mitigated.

¶5With respect to W.P.(CRL) 503/2026, which is essentially for police protection, it is pointed out that the threat assessment report has indicated threat to the petitioner is genuine.

¶6Accordingly, the concerned Authority is directed that adequate The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. security be provided to the petitioners. The same shall, however, remain subject to periodic assessment.

¶7In view thereof, the grievance raised in W.P.(CRL) 503/2026, has also been mitigated.

¶8Accordingly, with the aforesaid observations, the afore-captioned petitions, along with pending applications, stands disposed of.

¶9If the petitioners have any further grievance, they shall be at liberty to take an appropriate recourse in accordance with law.
