¶1During the course of hearing, the parties have agreed to resolve the disputes which are the subject matter of the present petition.

¶2It is agreed that towards full and final satisfaction of the claims of the petitioner, a sum of Rs.7 Lakh shall be paid by the respondent to the petitioner. Out of the same, a sum of Rs.3.5 Lakh shall be paid within a period of one month from today i.e., on or before 24.09.2026. The balance amount shall be paid latest within a period of three months from today i.e., by 24.11.2026.

¶3It is agreed that upon payment of the aforesaid amount, the claims of the petitioner shall stand satisfied.

¶4It is further agreed that in the event of delay or deficiency in payment, the petitioner shall be at liberty to revive the present petition.

¶5Taking on record the aforesaid understanding between the parties, the This is a digitally signed order. present petition is disposed of in terms thereof.

¶6The relevant bank account details, in which the amount is required to be deposited by the respondent, shall be supplied to the learned counsel for the respondent by the learned counsel for the petitioner, within a period of one week from today.
