¶1The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking the following reliefs: a) to quashed the FIR no 372 of 2 019 under section 409 IPC with P . S. Kashrnere Gate, Delhi-110006 ; b) and quashed all the criminal proceedings in relation to the FIR No.372/2 019 under section 409 IPC with the P.S. Kashmere Gate, Delhi.

¶2During the pendency of the petition, the chargesheet has been filed.

¶3The Court thus deems it appropriate to grant liberty to the petitioner to raise all the issues at the stage of framing of charges.

¶4The concerned Court to consider the same in accordance with law.

¶5With these observations, the petition stands disposed of. Pending This is a digitally signed order. application stands disposed of.

¶6All the rights and contentions of the parties are left open.
