¶2The present application filed on behalf of respondent/applicant, under Section 151 of the CPC, seeks the following prayers: -

"1. Pass and order hereby Directing the Registry to release and disburse to the RESPONDENT The amount deposited by the APPELLANT before the Registry of the Hon'ble High Court, along with any interest accrued thereon, in accordance with the order of this Hon'ble Court and in light of disposal of the appeal i.e., R.F.A-101/2012 & CM APPL.-3775/2012; and

¶2Pass any other order(s) that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interests of justice."

¶3Learned counsel for the appellant/non-applicant appears on advance notice and on instructions of the latter submits that he has no objection if the This is a digitally signed order. aforesaid prayer is allowed.

¶4Let the decretal amount, deposited by the appellant/non-applicant before the Registry of this Court, be released to the respondent/applicant alongwith accrued interest thereupon.

¶5The present application is allowed and disposed of, accordingly.
