¶2Faced with the aforesaid situation, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the instant petitions with further liberty to approach the jurisdictional High Court. Learned counsel, further, prays that the interim protection granted by this Court during the pendency of the instant petitions, be extended for a period of 30 days.

¶3Leave and liberty, as prayed, is granted.

¶4Accordingly, the instant petitions along with pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn.

¶5All rights and contentions are left open.

¶6The interim protection granted earlier by this Court in respective writ petitions shall remain in force for a period of 30 days from today.
