ORDER
03.08.2010 By this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioner has assailed an order on charge. It is well settled law that passing an order framing charge is an interlocutory order and this Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C should not entertain either revision or a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C against an interlocutory order. Moreover, in the present case, evidence of almost all the material witness i.e. six witnesses, has already been recorded. Under these circumstances, I consider that the present petition assailing an order on charge is not maintainable and is hereby dismissed SIDV DHINGRA,J AUGUST 03,2010 rd Certify that the digital file and physical file have been compared and the digital data is as per the physical file and no page is missing.
