The present matter has been taken up for hearing by way of Video Conferencing on account of COVID-19. CM APPL. 14724/2020, CM APPL.14725/2020 & CM APPL.14726/2020

By way of the present application CNA Exports Pvt. Ltd. and Ors., who were the appellants in the disposed of FAO (OS) 57/2013, seek a clarification of the final order dated 30.07.2013, rendered by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, comprising HMJ S. Ravindra Bhat and HMJ Najmi Waziri.

In view of the circumstance that, the clarification sought is in the nature of a review, it is necessary and appropriate to list this matter before the same Bench, that rendered the said order dated 30.07.2013.

However, HMJ S. Ravindra Bhat has since been elevated to Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, it would be appropriate to list this matter before a Bench of which HMJ Najmi Waziri is a Member.

We, therefore, direct that, the present applications be listed before a Bench of which HMJ Najmi Waziri is a Member on 16.07.2020 for 'directions', subject to and after obtaining orders from Hon'ble Chief Justice.
